It’s up to us, SDEA, to make sense of the District’s top-down changes to Special Education programs. Each site should hold a Union meeting prior to Tuesday, Nov. 3 to prioritize your issues related to Special Education and the impact of recent changes to the Special Education program. A representative from each site should plan to attend the meeting on Nov. 3 to begin with work of addressing the District’s ill-constructed, top-down education reforms.
