For a list of Field Organizer staffing assignments, visit the staff structure page. Field Organizers are responsible for working with ARs in clusters throughout the District to conduct trainings and organize sites, assist ARs with Step One and Two grievances, and pursue grievances that rise to Step Three and beyond. Members with issues at their work sites should contact the site Association Representative (AR). ARs with contract questions should call the SDEA office to work with a Contract Specialist.
