Mission Statement
The members of SDEA are dedicated to providing a quality
public education. As a professional union advocating the interests
of certificated staff, students and the community, SDEA/CTA/NEA will implement its membership commitment through involvement in
politics, building coalitions, negotiations and grievance advocacy
and educational programs.
