INTERNAL ORGANIZING TEAM
(Cluster Leaders)
The Internal Organizing Team is an appointed body of teacher leaders
who assist and provide support for the Association in its effort
to advocate for its members. The Organizing Team develops and
coordinates activities designed to bring about a contract settlement,
schedule site visits, improve communication with sites and establish
phone trees for all sites. The Organizing Team receives in-depth
training. The Team puts in many long hours and may require attendance
at several meetings each month.
