Absences
during the three staff development days .

The
only paid absences on these days are for "illness or injury
of
the unit member (as documented by a doctor's note) and bereavement
leave pursuant to Section 10.16."
Unit
members absent for other legitimate reasons will be given an opportunity
to make up the days to avoid any loss of pay.
Each
site is required to have a Site Security Plan.

Section 11.6.1 states, "The Supervisor shall, in concert
with the site governance team, be responsible for the development
and implementation..."

The Security Plan, Section 11.6.3, "... shall be reviewed
and
evaluated at least annually by the site supervisor and unit
members."
- "All
unit members shall be informed and given a copy of the existing
written security plan within ten workdays of the date of reporting
to their work location." Section 11.6.6

Each
school site is required to have a Site Discipline Plan.

Section 11.7.1 states, "Each school site principal, in
concert with the staff and governance team, shall develop a
student discipline plan."

The plan must conform "to the provisions of this Article
and district procedures."
