Two Things YOU Can Do on May 1 in the Fight for 5!

  1. If you’re in the Fight for 5!, say it loud and say it proud by joining SDEA members across the District in this one-day solidarity action on our first day of contact bargaining. Let’s come to the bargaining table strong and united!
  2. March with Workers United for Dignity and Justice! Join a coalition of community and union members from across San Diego County to stand up for worker dignity and an end to attacks on public education. Rally at Park and B near San Diego High School/San Diego City College from 2-3 p.m., and then march to Chicano Park where there will be an ending rally at 5 p.m. Look for SDEA members’ Fight for 5! giant petition station and red balloons!
