Below you will find the complete text of the new 2022 – 2025 SDEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (contract).

Members with questions about a possible contract violation should contact the site or program Association Representative. If you believe your rights have been violated, work with your AR to initiate the grievance process at your site.  AR’s can contact a SDEA Contract Specialist for more information about the contract or on the grievance process at (619) 283-4411.
