Candidates for NEA-RA state delegate must submit a declaration of candidacy. The NEA-RA will be virtual again this year, so there will be no funding available to delegates. The declaration of candidacy form is due January 29, 2021. The online form can be found here. The paper form can be found in your Dec/Jan California Educator magazine. Your CTA/NEA ID can also be found on the back of the magazine.
